PHOTOGRAPHY

SPECIAL EVENT SESSIONS

We will provide you on site photography of any event. An event might be your special anniversary celebration, your child’s birthday party, a cookout celebration in your favorite area park, a reception or any other event you wish photographed. Your concept of an event is unrestricted.

Our fee is based on any location within a 50 mile radius of Chesapeake. Whether the session is for you as an individual, a model, any number of people in your family, the only limit to the number of photographs we’ll take is time. Our experience photographing models and groups will allow us to consult you on a series of modeling poses or family poses for the maximum number of photographs in your session.

We will provide you a password protected link to our website with all of your session photograph proofs for you to make you final selection of up to 25 of your favorite images for development. Upon receiving your choices we will process you images in any combination of sizes and any combination of color or black and white. Your processed images will be placed on a CD and mailed to you within 7 days after receiving your choices.

We will ask you to execute a simple contract for the session. In exchange for executing the contract, we’ll provide you a copyright release which grants you permission to have a print service print the images, and a model release which allows us to use you images for promotion on our website.

Our session fee for this service is $125.00 for the first hour and $25.00 for each additional hour or any part thereof. Our fee includes post-processing. We offer special lump sum fees for extended event photography session. Please inquire about these fees when you contact us. We ask that the fee be paid prior to mailing the CD with you final selections. As a convenience for you, we accept Visa and Master card.
